You will immediately receive dated and timed confirmation that you can keep. The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day of delivery. If items from one order arrive separately, the period starts after the last item is received.<\/p>\n After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the products. Pack them carefully, including any accompanying parts and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.
